China’s Hong Kong – In Search of a New Hong Kong Story
Dr Christine Loh, SBS, JP, OBE is the Chief Development Strategist, Institute for the Environment, HKUST; and also Visiting Professor at Anderson School of Management, UCLA.
She was a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council 1992-1997 and 1998-2000, the CEO of the non-profit think tank Civic Exchange 2000-2012, and undersecretary for the environment 2012-2017.
Prior to her political career, she was a commodities trader. She currently serves on the board of Hong Kong and international organisations.
Dr Loh is a published author of many academic and popular works in politics, urban issues and the environment. She is a lawyer by training.
